Philatelic Mastermind 2024
These terms and conditions relate to the Philatelic Mastermind 2024 Quiz in collaboration with Virtual Stampex 2024.
The giveaway opens at 08:00 BST on 2nd May 2024.
Only entries submitted to info@thepts.net with a completed Philatelic Mastermind Quiz sheet attached are valid. Postal entries are not accepted.
Eligible entries must also have ticked the tick box under the Your details section to confirm that these T&Cs have been read and understood.
For a sheet to be considered "completed", contact details and a minimum of one answer must be provided.
The competition entry deadline is 23:59 BST on 31st May 2024.
A winner and a runner up will be chosen on the 8th June 2024.
The winner will be the entrant who has answered the most questions correctly. If there are more than one entrants who have answered the most questions correctly (i.e. there is a draw), a random number generator will be used to select a winner from these drawn entrants. The runner up will either be the entrant who has entered the second most correct answers, or in the case of a draw above, the runner up will be selected as the next entrant selected from the random number generator.
Minor spelling mistakes will be accepted.
The winner and the runner up will be notified by email. The winner and the runner up will be asked to confirm that their contact details are correct.
The winner and the runner up must confirm their details within 28 days of being contact to maintain their eligibility.
The winner and the runner up will receive their respectful prize within 28 days of the confirming their contact details.
Gift vouchers will be issued via email. Once issued, the recipient is responsible for the gift voucher thereafter. The PTS takes no responsibility for any loss of the gift voucher, incorrect use of the gift voucher, or any issues relating to items purchased with the gift voucher.
The prize is not transferable. There is no cash alternative or alternative for the prize highlighted.
Specific terms and conditions relating to to the gift vouchers may apply (e.g. validity date, where voucher can be used etc.).
Entrants must be aged 18 or over. If an entrant is under 18 years old, they must provide their Guardian’s name and email address.
PTS Team Members may not enter.
Only one entry per person.
If more than one quiz sheet is received from one person, the sheet with the later timestamp will be entered.
The competition is run by the PTS & Stampex and is not associated with Stanley Gibbons or any other organisation, social media platform, or website/ society/ company/ association/ affiliate.
Data collected for this giveaway will be used for this giveaway only. We will not share with any 3rd parties.

Stampex Bug Hunt Virtual Stampex 2024
These terms and conditions relate to the Stampex Bug Hunt giveaway at Virtual Stampex 2024.
The giveaway opens at 08:00 BST on 2nd May 2024.
The giveaway entry deadline is 23:59 on 31st May 2024.
Only entries submitted via the online form at www.stampexinternational.com/vsbughunt are valid.
Ten winners will be chosen at random from those entries with the correct code on the 8th June 2024. The winners will be notified by email. Winners will be asked for the postal address so that the prize can be sent.
The winners must confirm their details within 28 days of being contact to maintain their eligibility.
The winner and the runner up will receive their respectful prize within 28 days of the confirming their contact details. Postage is paid for by the PTS. Once posted, the recipient is responsible for receiving the prize and any fees/ custom charges/ pick up costs associated.
